CE - Contrast Enhancement - Histogram Stretching

PURPOSE

Applies histogrammed contrast stretching to an image/volume. OBSOLETE, USE 'CE HI', 'CE LAHE', or 'CE ST' INSTEAD!   Example.

USAGE

.STRETCH, HISTOGRAM EQUALIZE, OR LOCAL (S/H/L): L
[If 'stretch' the contrast is stretched as given by the whole image histogram,
If 'local' the image is tiled and the contrast within each tile is stretched as given by the local histogram.

.GENERALIZED HISTOGRAM OR THRESHOLD (G/T): G
Generalized histogram over the local area or a thresholded histogram.]
